- Arrangement and co-ordination of viewing appointments, with follow up calls
- Proactively promoting your property through conversations with interested parties
- Using our experience to negotiate all offers on your behalf to ensure the best possible result is achieved
- Liaising with sellers' and purchasers' solicitors to progress legal formalities to completion of sale
We are always happy to assist with local accompanied viewings whenever possible and a full viewing service is available, if required, on negotiable terms.
Any press/magazine advertising, enhanced listings on the property portals or engaging the services of a professional photographer may incur additional charges, if these services should be requested by the client.
